1. Major breakthroughs have been made in key industrialization technologies. The LED manufacturing technology with enterprise as the main body is progressing rapidly, and the luminous efficiency of the power chip package completed on the enterprise industrialization line reaches 80-100lm/W. The power white LED package has reached the international advanced level. The luminous efficiency of the power-type silicon substrate LED chip with independent intellectual property rights after packaging reaches 78lm/W, which is at the international advanced level.
2. The industry is beginning to take shape, the industrial chain is becoming more complete, and the market application is at the forefront of the world. By the end of 2009, there were more than 3000 LED companies in my country. Among them, there are more than 40 upstream epitaxy and chip manufacturers, about 1,000 midstream packaging companies, and 2,000 downstream application product manufacturers. Private enterprises account for 85% of the total number of enterprises. In 2009, my country's chip output ＆#118alue increased by 25%, reaching 2.3 billion yuan, basically the same as the 26% growth rate in 2008. In 2009, the output ＆#118alue of LED packaging in my country reached 20.4 billion yuan, an increase of 10% from 2008's 18.5 billion yuan; output increased by 10% from 94 billion in 2008 to 105.6 billion, of which the output ＆#118alue of high-brightness LED reached 18.6 billion. , Accounting for 90% of total LED sales. At the same time, from the perspective of product and corporate structure, there have been major improvements in China, and SMD and high-power LED packaging have grown rapidly. In 2009, my country's semiconductor lighting application output ＆#118alue reached 60 billion yuan. Despite the financial crisis, my country's semiconductor lighting industry still showed a trend of upward development in 2009. The industrial scale increased to 82.7 billion yuan, an increase of nearly 20%, and it is expected to reach 100 billion yuan in 2010.
3. The environment for industrial development is getting better and better. From the start of the semiconductor lighting project by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2003 and the “Ten Cities and Ten Thousand Lights” project in 2009, to the recent development and Reform Commission and other six ministries jointly issued guidance on industrial development, and the post-crisis era countries proposed to cultivate strategic emerging industries, all show that the government Is actively promoting the development of my country's semiconductor lighting industry. Under the guidance and support of government policies, with the improvement of device performance and the manifestation of energy-saving effects, my country's semiconductor lighting industry will enter a period of rapid development, with huge market potential, which will drive industrial upgrading. In order to promote technological integration and innovation, accelerate the industrialization of results, and strengthen cooperation between industry, university and research, the National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering R&D and Industry Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the alliance) established an industrial R&D fund, organized major Olympic demonstration projects, held innovation competitions, and coordinated the promotion and establishment of standards The patent pool and other work have built a platform for industry-university-research cooperation, improved the efficiency and level of technological innovation, and promoted the implementation of major projects. The alliance’s standard coordination and promotion work has achieved remarkable results. 8 national standards and 9 industry standards have been officially released. To support the “ten cities and ten thousand” pilot work, the alliance has now completed LED road lighting products, tunnel lights, and road and tunnel lighting products Supervision, inspection and implementation rules for installation and acceptance, and technical specifications for LED road lighting products in cold areas are five recommended technical specifications. At the same time, technical specifications for indoor downlights and spotlights are being prepared. In addition, the alliance has organized a national testing agency to regularly release product testing data, which provides a scientific reference for localities to reasonably set the performance indicators of demonstration application products, and is releasing finalized products with energy-saving effects recommended to localities in the next step. The alliance also through technical standardization and standard patenting, research and formulation of national semiconductor lighting patent strategy, research and deployment of patent networks, explore the operation of patent pools, and provide decision support for relevant departments. The alliance’s work has expanded the horizons of domestic semiconductor lighting development, aroused great attention from the international community, and has had an important impact on the development of domestic industries.
Through the implementation of the National Semiconductor Lighting Project, my country’s semiconductor lighting industry has established an important position in the international arena, especially the "Ten Cities and Ten Thousand Lights" demonstrated "Promote technological innovation through application, play the role of technology in supporting economic development, and promote energy conservation. The concept of “emission reduction work” has had a huge and far-reaching impact at home and abroad. The investment intensity and risk of the semiconductor lighting industry are much lower than those of the microelectronics industry. It has the characteristics of dual-intensive technology and labor, suitable for China's national conditions, and can drive employment on a large scale.
